User Agreement

Welcome to Egatee.com. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the website owned and operated by Egatee.com Development Ghana Ltd. and/or its affiliates ('we' or 'us'), including, without limitation, the website and domain name (the “Site), and any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by Egatee.com in connection therewith (collectively “Services”).
When accessing or using our services, you agree to this agreement. Please read it carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
The e-service ownership of the sites and right of operation belong to Egatee.com. You agree to all the terms of registration agreement and complete the registration process in order to become the official users of the sites. You acknowledge that the terms of this Agreement shall be a contract to deal with the rights and obligations of the Parties and shall remain in force, unless otherwise provided by law or otherwise agreed upon by the Parties. By agreeing to this agreement, you confirm to enjoy the site services, shopping and other corresponding rights with the capacity to act independently and bear the legal responsibility.

The Service is offered subject to acceptance, without modification, of these Terms of Use and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Sites by us . User Information
lYou shall provide registration information to the sites in good faith, and you agree that the registration information you provided shall be true, accurate, complete and valid, and if the user registration information is subject to change, it shall be updated in time. If you provide the registration information that is not legitimate, real, accurate, or detailed, you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences, and we reserve the right to terminate user access to the services.
lThe user information, including user name, mailing address, contact number, e-mail address and other privacy information remain confidential, unless otherwise authorized by the user or provided by law, the sites will not disclose to the outside world.
lAfter successful registration, user name and password will be effective. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you find any illegal use of user accounts or the existence of security vulnerabilities, please immediately notify us. The Sites shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.
lYou consent to receive communications from Egatee.com, such as e-mails, text messages, mobile push notices, phone calls or other notices and messages on this site. You agree that Egatee.com has the right to notify registered users, buyers, receivers, such as sending order information, promotion activities.
lYou shall not give your registered account on the sites to others for use, otherwise you should bear all the responsibilities arising from, and the actual user should bear the joint liability.
lYou agree that Egatee.com has the right to use the information such as user registration information, user name and password to log into the registered account for evidence protection including but not limited to notarization and witness.
lWhen you post to the Site and/or provide to us any contents, including but not limited to, questions, photos, messages, reviews, comments, and suggestions, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that the content does not and will not infringe any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party. Egatee.com has the right but not the obligation to remove or edit any content. Egatee.com takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content provided by you or any third party.
Product information
The site information of product prices, quantity, whether in stock may change at any time without notice to you. As product information on sites is extremely large, although the sites will make every effort to ensure information accuracy, due to internet or technical reasons, the information displayed on this website may be delayed or discrepant, please kindly understand; Your comments or feedback is always welcome.
Order and Pricing
When you place an order, please check carefully and confirm the name, price, quantity, model, specification, size, shipping address, phone, receiver and other information of the purchased product.
As a result of changes in the market and various factors that are beyond the control of reasonable commercial endeavors, we can not guarantee that the products in your order will always be in stock; if the products that you wish to purchase are out of stock, you have the right to cancel your order.
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.
In order to avoid any fraud with checks, credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence or banking information check. The absence of an answer following such a demand will automatically cause the cancellation of the order within 2 days.We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit card.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
Delivery
lThe seller will deliver the goods (products) to your designated shipping address, all the delivery time listed on the sites is for reference, estimated based on stock status, normal process and delivery time, delivery location.
lThe Seller shall not be responsible for delay in delivery due to:
(1) The information provided by the user is wrong, the address is not detailed and other reasons;
(2) No one signs on receipt after delivery of the goods, resulting in delivery failure or delay;
(3) Expected changes in circumstances;
(4) Force majeure factors, e.g. natural disasters, traffic, war, etc.

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, the information (such as text, graphics, logos, icons, photos, videos, digital downloads, data and software compilations) posted on this site is the property of Egatee.com or its content providers and protected by Ghanaian copyright laws and international conventions. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

In addition, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Egatee.com is not responsible for any disruption, interruption or delay caused by any failure of or inadequacy in any of our services or any other items over which we have no control. lSome laws do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so such disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you.
Agreement Updates, Modification and Severability
According to the changes of laws and regulations as well as the operation of the Site, we reserve the right to make changes to the terms of this agreement at any time, the modified agreement once posted on the site shall be in force, and replace the original one. You can access the latest agreement at any time.You are obliged to follow up and read the latest agreement and Site notice. If you do not agree with the updated agreement, you can and shall immediately stop all access to our Site services provided in accordance with this agreement; if you continue to use the services provided on this site, shall be deemed to agree to the updated agreement. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Ghana. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaians courts and to waive any objections based upon venue.
